    I wasn't actually sure where to classify this. Most tracks are in the Northern Soul vein, yet personnel hails from other genres.

    Anyway....
    Fans of Ritchie Blackmore would probably know this album. It was recorded in 1970 in De Lane Lea studios, London, and it allegedly began as a session jam. Ritchie Blackmore, Albert Lee, Big Jim Sullivan & Tony Ashton are among the musicians. It was produced by Derek Lawrence and engineered by Martin Birch. The tracks are mostly in the Northern Soul style, as I mention above, and production quality is fairly good.
